1. General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the kkbd casino platform and all services operated under it. "Platform" refers to the kkbd website, mobile application, and all related digital services. "User" or "you" means any person registered on the platform or applying to register.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on kkbd:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited.
• The account is for personal use only — using it on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use it is prohibited.
• During the verification process, a national identity card or other accepted document may be required.

2.1 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. Avoid sharing your password with anyone or storing it on unsecured devices. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

2.2 Account Suspension and Closure

kkbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time due to a breach of the Terms or for investigation purposes. Any valid balance in the account will be returned through the applicable method in such cases.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on kkbd. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposit details must be filled in correctly; kkbd is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Funds obtained from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from kkbd are subject to specific conditions. Accepting a bonus means accepting the associated terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus on the first deposit is available, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a balance of ৳2,500; before withdrawing the bonus, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Other Promotions

• kkbd Weekly Deposit Reward: Once per week on eligible deposits — 30% of the deposit, up to ৳5,000, wagering requirement 18x, minimum deposit ৳500.
• kkbd Slot Festival Bonus: Once per day on slot games — 50% of the deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering requirement 25x, minimum deposit ৳500.
• kkbd Friday Special Offer: Every Friday on one deposit — 40%, up to ৳6,000, wagering requirement 20x, minimum deposit ৳500.
• kkbd Birthday Gift: Once a year after account verification — up to ৳2,000, wagering requirement 15x.
• kkbd Refer a Friend Bonus: For each new member referred — up to ৳3,000, wagering requirement 10x.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Withdrawals cannot be made before the bonus wagering requirement is met.
• kkbd reserves the right to cancel any bonus in the event of a breach of the Terms.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — the next bonus can only be activated after the conditions of the current one are fulfilled.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be placed under investigation.

5. VIP Programme and Cashback

The kkbd VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. You can move up from one tier to the next through regular play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Cashback is calculated on weekly net losses (total losses minus total winnings) at the applicable rate. Example: a Silver tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Using another person's account or playing on behalf of another person.
• Deliberately attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting its wagering requirements.

• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

9. Gaming Rules and Dispute Resolution

13. Termination of Agreement

A user may close their own account at any time by notifying the support team. Before closing the account, all active bets must be settled and any valid balance must be withdrawn.

kkbd also reserves the right to close an account due to a breach of the Terms or for business reasons. Even after the agreement is terminated, the clauses relating to privacy, limitation of liability and dispute resolution will remain in effect.
